Cathy combines effective hands-on business experience with education. She has worked with businesses who want to create, communicate and take their businesses to higher levels. “I know what it takes in the real world to go from a small “mom and pop” company, nourish it and provide it with the room to grow into a dynamic multi-million corporation.”

As a high performance coach and consultant, she has helped businesses in Canada and the United States reach their successes.  She has more than 25 years of practical experience in management, marketing, and communications. She knows what’s involved in changing a business – because she been involved for over two decades. And she practices what she preaches. She extremely involved in activities and community projects that purposely push her beyond her comfort zone.

As founding president of the Acheson Business Association, she has led that organization to great heights and expansion in the past seven years. She has been actively involved with Parkland County Economic Development and Tourism Advisory Board and served on many other boards in the past like the MacEwan College Foundation, Arthritis Foundation, and several professional rodeo boards.
