As successful business owners, we have invested our time and thousands of dollars going to events, workshops, conferences, seminars, and mastermind groups.  We have read hundreds of books, reviewed manuals and curriculum, and listened countless hours of audio and video.  We have been trained as facilitators in some of the top business and life development programs and tools such as The Pacific Institute, Human Synergistics, Achieve Global, and Development Dimensions International.  

Over time, we realized that the information shared was good and the ideas were what we needed to know but nobody was simplifying it for us.  We came away with lots of things to DO – goals, models, lists, and strategies, plans which just frustrated and overwhelmed us MORE.  As business owners, all we wanted to figure out was how to have a happy fulfilled life along with a successful business that we enjoyed without sacrificing our lifestyle, relationships and health. 

So our quest for knowledge and application became more laser focused on this question

Others saw our success and wanted to know how they could achieve the same.  They were working hard…VERY hard, with little or no end in sight.  They were working ridiculous hours, day after day, with practically no financial rewards, their relationships were stained, and they were emotional drained.  We know that feeling and it is not a good place to be.

What become apparent was how easy it is for us to look at their lives and know exactly what is occurring in their lives professionally and personally.  We know people do reach amazing levels of success but usually they have a formula or system to get there – something that many people don’t have.  From helping others, we discovered we had a great system and wanted to share it with other business owners.
